Can I share an account's notes with a teammate?+
Yes. Export a binder as an HTML document or a Klackey JSON file, and a teammate can import it directly into their own Klackey, useful for handing off an account or sharing onboarding material.
Can I keep notes separate per account?+
Yes. Notes are organized into binders, so you can keep one binder per account, per book of business, or however else you split your work, each independently searchable.

Is this a shared CRM or account platform for my whole team?+
No. Klackey is a local desktop app that runs on one person's computer. If several people on a team want to use it, each installs their own copy; there's no shared server or live sync between them. You can still hand a teammate a starting library: export a folder of templates or onboarding material as a Klackey file and they import it into their own app. For multiple licenses, contact Support@Klackey.com about business pricing.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Nothing is deleted. You can still open Klackey and browse, search, and export everything you've created. Editing and background features (clipboard capture, text expansion, quick paste) pause until you activate a license, and pick up right where you left off once you do.
